Shipping & Returns
Here at Owyn’s we sell materials that are often times tough to ship. Organic materials such as plywood react to the environment and quickly change shape when not handled properly, so we avoid shipping them more than absolutely necessary. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, then contact Owyn’s support and we will make things right. You will need to provide information regarding the damage so that we can determine root cause and determine necessary actions to replace the damaged item. You have 30 days from delivery to initiate the claims process.
Please make sure you found the right product you are looking for, because certain items are non-returnable. We do our best to provide detailed information upfront and to provide opportunities for sampling so that you could be confident in your purchase.
What if my product is returnable?
Items that qualify for returns (see Return Policy for details) need to be in their original condition, with their receipts included. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).The items can be shipped back in the box that they came in. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is not in its original condition, or if it does not have all the packaging and receipts.
What do I do if I receive the wrong item?
Oops! Should this happen, contact us and we will make sure you receive the item you purchased.
How much will I be refunded when I return an item?
Should your item qualify, we will issue a refund for the price minus any savings, as well as any taxes you paid on that item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). You can also choose to receive store credits, which would reflect on your account immediately after the returned items are processed.
